Are you a pet-friendly resort?
Yes, furry friends are welcome here! There is a Pet Fee of $30 per pet per night with a maximum of two pets per suite and we ask they stay off the furniture but enjoy the rest of the space, including gated decks on each patio.
Can i request an extra bed in my suite?

Yurts include a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. We do not offer additional beds, cribs, cots or mattresses. While we don't have cribs available on-site, we recommend bringing a portable sleeping option for the comfort of your little one, such as a playpen.
Do you have accommodations with air conditioning?
As the resort is situated on the waterfront, we benefit from the ocean breeze which usually is sufficient to keep our guest rooms comfortable. We do not have accommodations with air conditioning. However, a free-standing portable fan is available in every accommodation if needed.
What is your early departure policy?
Early departure guests will be responsible for 100% of each remaining night reserved.
Do you have an onsite restaurant?
While we don't have a restaurant on-site, our area boasts a vibrant culinary scene with a wide range of
dining options just a stone's throw away. We're more than happy to provide you with a curated list of local eateries upon your arrival. You can also explore our webpage for a convenient link to discover the delicious dining choices awaiting you nearby.
Do you have an electric vehicle charging at the resort?
Yes, we provide complimentary electric charging stations conveniently located throughout the resort, including at each cabin. These charging stations are designed to support overnight charging during your stay, ensuring that your vehicle is ready for your adventures the next day.
Can I request an early check-in?
Our check-in time starts at 4 pm, but we're happy to accommodate early check-in requests whenever possible. If your room or cabin isn't quite ready upon your arrival, we'll promptly notify you via text as soon as it's prepared. In the meantime, feel free to explore the area or relax and enjoy the resort amenities while we ensure everything is perfect for your stay.
Can I request a late check-out?
We understand that plans can change, so if you'd like a late check-out, just let our Guest Services know at least 2 days before your departure. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on our occupancy at the time. Approved late check-outs are typically until noon at no extra cost. If you need to stay longer, we can arrange that too, based on availability, with additional charges applying only if you stay beyond noon.
Do you have any laundry facilities at the resort?
Yes, we have the coin-operated laundry available in the office building. Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets, however if you forget we have some available in the store.
Do you have Wi-Fi at the resort?
Yes, we offer complimentary Internet access throughout the resort.
What are the housekeeping services and schedule during my stay?
At our resort, we provide a more eco-friendly approach to housekeeping. We do not offer daily housekeeping services. However, if you have any specific needs or require additional amenities during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact Guest Services. We're here to ensure your comfort and satisfaction throughout your visit.
Are there washrooms at the yurts?
While the yurts do not have plumbing, washrooms are conveniently located just a short walk away, with complimentary showers and a dishwashing station available for your use.
Are fires allowed and is a fire pit available?
To help reduce fire risk and comply with seasonal regional restrictions, campfires are not permitted on site. You’re welcome to bring a portable propane fire pit for use on the deck of your accommodation.
Is propane provided for the barbecues?
Yes, each barbecue is supplied with propane, including a spare tank so you won’t run out during your stay.
Can I crab and fish off of the dock?
Yes, absolutely! While you’re unlikely to catch anything big from the dock, many kids have fun catching and releasing small perch.
You’re also welcome to set a crab trap; however, please do not place traps within marina slips or leave them unattended, as they can become entangled with boat propellers. Feel free to stop by the office and we’ll be happy to show you where it’s safe to set your trap.
Please also be sure to follow all applicable fishing regulations.
What types of kayaks are available?
We offer tandem kayaks—perfect for two people, but they can also be used solo. Our kayaks are stable and designed for a safe and enjoyable exploration of the harbour.
Do I need experience to rent a kayak or boat?
No experience is required! We provide a brief orientation and safety instructions for all kayaks and motorized boats so you can feel confident on the water.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes-life jackets and safety gear are included with all rentals, and we ask that they are worn at all times on the water.
Do I need to reserve rentals in advance?
We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season, to ensure your preferred equipment and timeslot is available. Kayak rentals can be booked

Where can I take the kayak or boat?
Explore the calm waters of Pender Harbour and the surrounding area at your own pace-or ask us, and we'll share suggested routes to make the most of your adventure.
Is there GPS on the boat?
No, the boats don't have GPS onboard. However, you can download a free trial of Navionics on your phone, which provides all the navigation you'll need. We also provide a printed chart of Pender Harbour on the boat for easy reference.
Is fishing gear provided on the boat?
Some fishing gear, such as rods, is available for rent. Please note that downriggers are not provided, so guests should bring their own if needed.
Do I need to reserve moorage in advance?
We recommend booking ahead, especially during peak season. Please submit your booking here.
What size boats can you accommodate?
We welcome a range of vessel sizes, up to 50'. Please include your boat's length overall when booking so we can assign the best available slip. If your vessel is slightly over 50', feel free to give us a call-we'll do our best to find an option for you.
What time is check-in and check-out for transient moorage?
Check-in begins at 1:00 PM, and we kindly ask that slips be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure to allow for a smooth transition for incoming boats.
Are the resort facilities available to transient moorage guests?
Yes! Transient moorage guests are welcome to enjoy our onshore amenities, including the seasonal pool, washrooms and showers, gazebo, activity field, and coin laundry.
While we don't offer a public hot tub, some of our cabins feature private hot tubs—-perfect if you're thinking of extending your stay or treating yourself to a more relaxing getaway.
What power is available on the docks?
Each slip includes access to a 30-amp power connection, which can be reserved with your moorage. We do not offer 50-amp service or dual plug-ins for splitting.
Is water available at the dock?
Yes, fresh, potable water is available for transient guests at designated locations on the docks.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome. We just ask that they are kept on leash and cleaned up after while on the property.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available on the property, with coverage in most marina and common areas.
